Zhoosh is a brand of PJF Services Ltd, our background is multisite repainting and maintenance for some of New Zealand’s largest retail and healthcare clients.
To follow our real passion for creating “anti-box thinking” brands and the growing demand for a specialized retail brand services company, the directors of PJF Services created Zhoosh.
We have a team of passionate and dedicated Zhooshers including a creative team, project managers, a network of approved contractors and suppliers.
With office locations in both Auckland and Christchurch, we have the skill and expertise to effectively manage any small or large-scale brand refresh or complete rebrand project from design through to project management.

James is the big cheese. After leaving high school studied architecture and has a passion for built environments and recently retail and commercial spaces. With experience in construction and project delivery, finance, leadership, and businesses management, James heads up the Zhoosh team.
Business Development Manager
If talking was banned, Simon would most probably be good for nothing! (maybe a bit harsh) He is the sales guy loves a good chat (and coffee) and he is the one that goes out of his way to find solutions to our client’s needs. Simon has 15 years’ experience in client relations, sales management, and business development and has a genuine passion for helping clients achieve desired outcomes and takes a personal interest in making sure their projects are delivered exactly as per the client’s scope.
Andy the thick-rimmed glasses creative guy has a passion for design and branding has driven me during my 20-year career. This has offered many opportunities to build my experience and understanding of graphic design, and how great brands are built and maintained. These opportunities have also allowed me to develop my skills, skills which include the creation of distinctive logos and marks, through to building brand architecture and design collateral to sell an idea, product or service. I have worked with many global brands such as the ICC (International Cricket Council), Fiat, Alfa Romeo and large national clients such as The Bank of New Zealand, The National Bank, Telstra Clear, New Zealand Cricket, NZ Rugby Union, IAG, State Insurance, Countdown (Progressive Foods), Briscoes and Rebel Sport to name a few.
Surprisingly we have found the Irish and the Scottish get along just fine! Gary, he’s our Scotsman project manager who looks after the Lower North and South Island projects. Gary a trade qualified painter with over 20 years’ experience in site and project management has the grunt of a Scotsman to get things done!
Andrew our chrome-domed guy is the Auckland based project manager, despite first impessions, he is a softly spoken gentleman that will go the extra mile for his customers. With experience in the management of large-scale refurbishment projects, he manages the Auckland and Upper North Island projects. He has experience in managing contractors, health & safety and quality management across a broad range of sites across New Zealand.
