Timeframe: Typically 2-3 weeks
It all starts with finding out everything we can about you, your customers or clients, and what you need and want from the space. Through this discovery phase, we’ll engage with any stakeholders in the project and conduct any research required to ensure any concerns are addressed and we’re all on the same page moving forward. During this process, you’ll receive initial cost estimates, moodboards and an initial concept proposal.
Timeframe: Typically 4-8 weeks
Once we’ve gathered all the information, our best creative minds get to work designing the perfect space to suit your needs. We consider everything from how people will move through the area to which colour scheme is best to complement your brand and create the feeling you want to evoke. Every detail is clearly defined and we’ll present you with a complete design plan for approval before providing a fixed price quote.
Timeframe: Typically 8-12 weeks
With everything designed and plans approved, we’ll coordinate all aspects of the building and fit out process. A dedicated project manager will be your single point of contact for all onsite personnel and our extensive relationships within the industry allow us to seamlessly handle timelines and budgets to a tee.
If an interior fitout is part of your project, it’s included here with our designers putting the finishing touches on your beautiful new space.
And when the final finishing touches are complete, we’ll raise a glass to another project brought to life.
