Once the design is confirmed and all required consents and approvals have been granted, with project management excellence we manage the full build process managing site health and safety, project stage planning, engaging and management of subcontractors, monitoring and quality control management, office furniture supply and installation, right through to the final clean, project commissioning and hand over.

Sites are managed by competent and experienced site managers with hands-on build experience in the commercial fit out sector. The site managers are responsible for managing the fit out or refurbishment site taking care of health and safety, quality control, demolition, carpentry, electrical, through to finishing trades, furniture installation, final clean and hand over.
