Oceania Healthcare undertook a large refurbishment of the Inverlochy Apartment Building at the Lady Allum Rest Home and Village in Milford North Shore.

The refreshing Interior colour pallet created a warm homely ambience giving the facility the needed lift and renewed feeling. Along with updated colour schemes, well placed and tastefully chosen Malcolm Fabric featured wallpapers were selected and installed in breakout spaces.

New carpet flooring and LED lighting were also installed throughout the main common areas of the apartment building.
