A new look in the Tron.

We worked with Reece Group on the commercial fit-out and refurbishment of their new Actrol Trade store in Frankton, Hamilton.

Our scope of work included the strip out of the existing site and the construction of meeting rooms and a new trade area. We installed new electrical, lighting, HVAC, data, security, flooring and finishes. The project was completed to a very high standard and the client was very happy with the result.

Time Frame: The project had to be delivered within a strict time frame.

The project was completed on time over a period of 12 weeks, just in time for the relocation from the old branch a few doors down the road.

Complete project management: The client was based in Australia and was looking for a complete end-to-end project management service.

We managed the project from start to finish, coordinating multiple trades including some client nominated contractors. We held weekly project meetings via Zoom so the client was kept up-to-date and engaged.
