A functional and modern fit-out.

We worked with Reece Plumbing on the fit-out and refurbishment of their new plumbing store in Addington Christchurch. The project scope included stripping out the original site, construction of new trade and retail areas, and a showroom fitout. The work also included new electrical, lighting, HVAC, data, security, flooring, finishes, and a showroom fitout.

Operational site: Reece Addington required the project to be completed in a way that allowed business to continue on site.

The 12 week project was staged to work around the operational site. Temporary trade areas were set up by our team to minimise the disruption to trading.

Complete project management: As the client was based in Australia and unable to travel, they were looking for a complete end-to-end project management service.

We managed the project from site establishment to handover, and kept the client updated with regular progress reports. The project was completed on time and to a very high standard.
