A clinical fitout, executed with precision

Zhoosh were approached by The Toothco Company when they had the opportunity to expand their current dental practice into a neighbouring tenancy in the Eastridge Mall, Mission Bay.

The project involved opening up a wall, providing access to the neighbouring tenancy and then modifying the new tenancy to meet the client's needs and create a consistent look and feel between the two tenancies.

Working with the client, Zhoosh assisted with the design and fitout of the new dental treatment and x-ray room and installed new vinyl planking through both tenancies to create a consistent look throughout.

Technical Fitout: Technical knowledge and experience in the delivery clinic fit-outs are imperative when dealing with x-ray and medical equipment.

Zhoosh worked with industry experts and a medical physicist to specify and build the required x-ray shielding and other technical requirements for the dental fitout.

Reliable & Trusted: As this was a fitout adjoining an existing operating practice, work had to be well planned and scheduled to minimise disruptions to the current dental practice.

Zhoosh worked with the client to develop a program that minimised disruptions, organised noise, and other disruptive work outside regular business hours.
